Where We Started

Our journey kicked off as personal trainers in your typical globo gym. It was all mirrors, guys pumping iron in one corner, and ladies glued to the cardio machines in another. Members felt like just a number; the focus was on quantity, not quality. 

But we saw something different. 

Our 1:1 clients thrived, achieving remarkable results. We knew we had to share this magic with more people. And that's when the spark for Dawn Athletic ignited. Personalised small group training became our mission. We blended the essential ingredients: world-class programming, expert coaching, and a vibrant, supportive community. That's how we got started – with a passion for making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Where are we Going?

Our sights are set on crafting the ultimate gym experience in Brisbane. We want Dawn Athletic to be the go-to place for anyone striving to reach peak fitness and take their training up a notch. 

Our mission? To foster genuine connections. Inside our gym, inclusivity is at the forefront – every person is valued, heard, and supported, no exceptions. 

Our coaches? They're all about the individual, respecting each unique journey. Here, we thrive on growth. Our members boldly embrace discomfort to elevate their lives, pushing boundaries and conquering challenges. And most importantly, we believe in showcasing the incredible capabilities of every individual.

What We Are Against

  • Seeing 30+ people in a class getting lost in the crowd 

  • Misinformation and gyms taking advantage of peoples insecurities for $$$

  • Gyms not truly caring about their members and seeing them as a dollar sign

  • Coaches doing a terrible job of teaching their members correct technique

  • Awful programming leading to overtraining and injuries
